There are rumors circulating that NYC nightspot Phillippe secretly videotaped celebrities hooking up and then employees watched the celeb tapes for their own entertainment.

Vivica told People backstage at the BET Honors about the likelihood of a Vivica Fox sex tape. "If I did [have a sex tape], I would be making my own money off of it, as a 43-year-old woman, I would never allow a man to put me in that position. Red Light District made national news in recent years for its distribution
deals of other celebrity sex tapes, including separate videos with Paris
Hilton, Dustin Diamond, Chyna, and Amy Fisher. The company is known as the
best distributor for celebrity sex tapes.
According to David Joseph, CEO of Red Light District, shortly after
Buttafuoco was released from jail, he and his wife Evanka were caught on tape
having sex while attending a party at Spalone's home. Buttafuoco served three
months for violating his probation and at the time of Spalone's party he had
been on probation since pleading guilty to insurance fraud in 2004. During
Buttafuoco's probation, officers found a box of bullets in his home and in
January 2007 he was sent to Los Angeles County Jail.
Joseph says that Buttafuoco's went into a bedroom during Spalone's party
to talk and have sex but didn't know that Spalone had three hidden cameras
hoping to catch late night action from many of the adult entertainers at the
party.
"Spalone didn't know that he had captured Joey and Evanka until a couple
of weeks later when he completed reviewing the footage from the party," says
Joseph. "He was so surprised to find Joey and Evanka on the tapes. When he
realized what he had, he came to Red Light District to discuss distribution.
He knows we are the best in town to work with on these types of deals."
Buttafuoco's real-life drama became a tabloid sensation and spawned three
TV movies after his 1992 affair with a then underage Amy Fisher, who
subsequently shot Joey's 1st wife Mary Jo Buttafuoco. Mary Jo survived, and
Amy was imprisoned for her crime. Joey was also put behind bars for having sex
with a minor.

The New York Daily News gossip duo Rush & Molloy reports Vivica A. Fox's manager, Lita Richardson,told them. "It's not true," without saying what part of the report she was disputing. However according to Sandra Rose, Atlanta Radio personality, Porsche Foxx, "confirmed that her close friend Vivica Fox appears in the controversial sex tape."
Rush and Molloy also said they contacted Atanta police spokesman James Polite who told them the following:
"At this time, we have no formal complaint from Miss Fox.""If
it was something that was consensual, we're not looking at a crime, per
se," Polite added. "If the [boyfriend] is trying to extort Miss Fox,
that's when we begin to look at a criminal element."

Former Long Island Lolita - Amy Fisher - says rather than fight to try to squash a sex video of her and her husband - that is all over the Internet - she is endorsing the tape for a six figure payoff.
Fisher's husband Lou Bellera sold the sex tape 'Amy Fisher Caught on Tape' to Red Light District video of Los Angeles in August when he and Fisher were getting a divorce. They have since reconciled, and Fisher filed a federal lawsuit to get the video pulled from the Internet, saying it was given without her permission.
Fisher said tongue in cheek, "I always wanted to be number one at something, but I didn't think it would be something like this." She said the video is out there, and it's easier to settle for an amount that "was enough to ease my embarrassment," than fight.
She says "I can't ignore it, sitting in my house pretending it doesn't exit, because it does exist."
Fisher has tried to go legit since her teen-age affair with then 36-year-old Joey Buttafuoco in 1992, and then serving seven years in prison for shooting his wife Mary Jo Buttafuoco, point blank in the head.
But she says she can't shake her past.
Fisher wrote one book in prison. She wrote another since getting out, and also worked as a columnist for the Long Island Press.
However her notoriety has the 33-year-old being invited as celebrity guests at various clubs.

High School Musical (HSM) star Vanessa Hudgens is featured in the new February 2008 issue of Seventeen magazine. The 19 year-old actress talks about her new album and how her HSM co-star & boyfriend teen heartthrob, Zac Efron makes her laugh. In the interview, Vanessa comes clean about her nude photos scandal and how traumatic it was when explicit naked pictures she shot surfaced on the net. Hudgens says the pictures were taken for someone she was dating and hit the internet while she was in Australia.
“I’m much better now. But truthfully I don’t like talking about it,”
Hudgens told the magazine. “It was very traumatic, and I am extremely
upset it happened. I hope all my fans can learn from my mistake and
make smart decisions. But I wouldn’t have been able to get through it
if it wasn’t for my family, friends and fans, who supported me all

Although she was able to avoid some of the press attention in Australia, it was still hard for her to deal with the scandal. Vanessa made the tough decision to tell her mother. And she realized that her parents were very
understanding.
“I was just open with her, and she was just so cute. She was like,

parents are very supportive of me. And they know I’m a teenager, and

Vanessa Anne Hudgens says she learned a valuable lesson from the scandal and tries to give advice to other young women.
"With the Internet these days, you don’t have a personal life. Nothing
is private. Everyone knows everything, and they can find out everything
about you.
You’re not as safe as you think you are, and you have to be
aware of the people you’re around.I tell girls all the time: ‘Don’t post your private business for the world to see!’” she said. “You just have to be careful.” Something bad can happen from [posting things online]—it usually does.
You just have to be careful. I had MySpace and Facebook profiles a long

The National Enquirer was the first publication to report the photo's existence. TMZ.com later confirmed that the photos were real through Hudgen's rep. A source close to People Magazine told them that the High School Musical actress once sent risqué photos of herself to Nickelodeon star Drake Bell.
In a statement Hudgens apologized for the pictures and says she was "embarrassed over the situation and regret[s] having ever taken these photos."
The pictures, including one nude photo, surfaced
on the Web prompting her rep to issue a statement saying that
the shot "was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is
unfortunate that this has become public."
After the scandal broke, rumors lingered that Vanessa would not be included in a new HSM installment. But the Disney Channel continued their negotiations with the High School Musical cast, including Hudgens, who they decided to keep on board for the third installment of the movie series.
"Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment,"
