Batman star Christian Bale's on set rant against a Director of Photography who got into his eyeline on set is looking more embarrassing for Terminator Salvation director McG than the film's star. Diehard Terminator fans weren't too excited that the music video director was in charge of the popular franchise. Christian Bale 's expletive riddled rant has become so popular on the web that a remixed version has already been released. Listen to the Bale Out remix. WARNING CONTAINS GRAPHIC LANGUAGE.
Remember those reports of Christian Bale losing it on the set of "Terminator Salvation"? There's an audio tape ... and it ain't pretty.
The "Dark Knight" star launched into a lengthy, expletive-laced tirade against Shane Hurlbut, "Terminator's" director of cinematography, after he allegedly walked into the actor's shot.
"I want you off the f---ing set, you p---k!" Bale screamed as Hurlbut can be heard quietly apologizing. "Don't just be sorry - think for one f---ing second. What the f--- are you doing?!"
Bale unleashed the multi-minute tirade against Hurlbut in July while the film was shooting in New Mexico. According to TMZ.com, who obtained the tape, producers sent the audio to their insurance company in case Bale walked off the film.
And they had good reason to think he might: Bale spewed forth a bevy of curse words that would make even a sailor blush.
"I'm gonna f---ing kick your f---ing a-- if you don't shut up for a second," he shouted at one point, just before threatening to have Hurlbut fired.
"Am I going to walk around and rip your f---ing lights down in the middle of a scene? Then why the f--- are you walking right through? What the f--- is it with you?"
Bale wrapped up his rant with a simple, "f---ing a--." source
MILEY CYRUS MOCKING ASIANS?
SLANT EYED PHOTO CONTROVERSY
Miley Cyrus is being called out by a prominent Asian group to apologize for mocking Asians after a picture surfaced showing the teen superstar in a slanted eye pose.
Disney teen idol Miley Cyrus has been accused of taunting and mocking Asians by making slant-eye poses in a personal photograph with her friends.
A snapshot of Cyrus, 16, best known as the star of the Disney Channel show "Hannah Montana", and friends posing with an Asian friend and pulling their eyes sideways surfaced on the Internet this week.
The OCA, a national organization in the United States dedicated to advancing the social and political welfare of Asian Pacific Americans, called on the singer-actress to apologize.
The group said the image "falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent."
"Not only has Miley Cyrus and the other individuals in the photograph encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American friends," OCA executive director George Wu in a statement issued on Monday.
Wu said the fact that an Asian friend was included in the photo "does not make it acceptable."
Representatives for Cyrus did not immediately return calls for comment on Tuesday. source
