Remember Latarian Milton who likes to do hoodrat stuff ? He's the seven year-old kid who pulled a Grand Theft Auto and stole his Grandma's SUV to go on a joyride. Latarian is in trouble again for beating his poor Grandma up because he wanted some chicken wings. This kid is too much!  Latarian was held for 48 hours in a mental facility for psychiatric evaluation. source
