KIMORA LEE SIMMONS GETS CUSTODY OF THE KIDS AND A BIG PHAT $40,000 A MONTH CHILD SUPPORT CHECK FROM RUSSELL SIMMONS

Kimora Lee Simmons is cleaning up in her divorce and taking hip hop mogul/entrepreneur Russell Simmons to the bank. Kimora now has sole custody of their kids and gets $40,000 dollars per month in child support. Kimora now says she is "kind of engaged" to actor Djimon Hounsou.

Kimora Lee has obtained sole legal and physical custody of their two young daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. Russell will have visitation with the girls for one week every eighth week with additional summer vacation and holiday time. Kimora Lee will have the legal authority to make all decisions regarding their daughters' health, education and welfare.

Russell will pay Kimora Lee $20,000 per month per child, which will comprise all of his legal financial obligation to his daughters. Child support will be paid until each girl reaches age 19 1/2, becomes emancipated, dies, marries, becomes self-supporting, no longer lives with Kimora, joins the armed forces or if the court later orders otherwise. He is also required to purchase or lease a new car that is valued at no less than $60,000 for the use and benefit of his daughters. That car is required to be replaced every 24 months. source

We don't know if Kimora Lee Simmons is pregnant. It  looked like Kimora was sporting a baby bump on the red carpet at an event for Cartier. The Baby Phat & KLS fashion designer has been hinting about how  serious her relationship is with boyfriend Djimon Hounsou.  Kimora has denied  being pregnant before but she did admit last night that she was "kind of engaged". If Kimora is pregnant it would be her third child and the first baby with actor Djimon Hounsou.

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Honsou are "kind of" engaged, she tells PEOPLE.

When photographers asked the designer, 33, and the actor-model, 44, to kiss on the red carpet at the Bel Air home of Maria and William Bell for Wednesday's third annual Loveday celebration hosted by Cartier, Simmons opted for a snuggle instead.

"That was more like a nuzzle!" she said.

So, are the two – who first met in February 2007 – engaged? "Kind of," Simmons replied.

Asked if Honsou had given her an engagement ring, Simmons was equally forthcoming – and evasive. "Well, kind of," she said, "not quite." source

Model and fashion designer KIMORA LEE SIMMONS has laughed off reports she is a diva, insisting her reality TV show "glamorizes" everything that occurs in her life.

The Baby Phat creator stars in Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane, which documents her life balancing motherhood with her career as a fashion mogul and business entrepreneur.

And she claims the way she is portrayed and the extravagant demands she makes on the show are all just for the camera - because she's really a down-to-earth mother of two.

  She says, "I hear the craziest things, like, 'She has to have a champagne glass filled within a quarter inch of the lip'.

"The reality, is I'm a dedicated mother and a very kind, funny and hardworking person. My reality TV show helps to shed a bit of light, but even that's glamorized." source

Kimora Lee Simmons attended the launch of her new Baby Phat fragrance called Fabulosity at the Madison Room.

Kimora has denied rumors that she is pregnant again and expecting a child with her boyfriend Oscar nominated actor Djimon Hounsou.

"I'm in the paper every single week – that I had a fight with my ex-husband, or that I was mad at one of his girlfriends, or that I'm pregnant, or that I demand Fiji water," she said Friday at Washington University in St. Louis. "Lies upon lies upon lies." source

At the fragrance launch Kimora gushed to People Magazine about Djimon Hounsou and his huge Cavlin Klein Underwear Billboard in China.

The fashion-designer-turned-reality-star spoke with PEOPLE at Wednesday's launch of her new fragrance, Fabulosity, and she good-naturedly gushed about the man in her life – and his new Calvin Klein billboard in Hong Kong. "He's really big," Simmons, 32, said of Hounsou's underwear ad, which Calvin Klein's reps claims is the largest in Asia. "We were just there when it went up. Isn't it a great billboard?"

Page Six had also reported that Kimora Simmons was feuding with Russell Simmons new girlfriend Porschla Coleman who is ten years younger than Kimora.

KIMORA Lee Simmons  has never been accused of being gracious, but now the famously immodest former model is grating on ex-husband Russell Simmons' nerves.

According to our spies, Kimora "is not being very nice to her ex's girlfriend, Porschla Coleman." Kimora refused to allow Coleman to attend her Baby Phat show during Fashion Week "because she doesn't want Porschla to be photographed with her children."

Russell is said to be particularly peeved, as he "holds no animosity toward Kimora or her boyfriend, Djimon Hounsou." A rep didn't return calls. source
