6TH ANNUAL TEEN VOGUE YOUNG HOLLYWOOD PARTY VANESSA HUDGENS ZAC EFRON PHOTOS

Young Hollywood came out for the 6th Annual Teen Vogue party.

Zanessa made an appearance and posed for the paps. Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Issue coverboy Zac Efron looked dreamy.

Vanessa Hudgens has been doing a good job working the good girl image makeover after her nudie pics scandal. Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron star together in Highschool Musical 3 which is set for theatrical release in October.

Rumer Willis lightened her usually dark locs and sported a reddish light brown color while showing off her tattoo. Rumer's tat looks like it says "Be Pretty". Is it working Rumer?

Miley Cyrus wasn't at the bash but her heir apparent Selena Gomez was there. Miley is still keeping a low profile after her internet pictures snafu and Vanity Fair photoshoot scandals.

Emma Roberts is glam, gorgeous and all grown-up. We just think that Julia Roberts' niece  should have worn a younger looking outfit that was less restricted and showed off her curves. Binside TV spotted style maven & designer Emma Roberts front row and backstage during New York Fashion Week.
We think Emma would look great in frilly girly dresses from designers like Tracey Reese, Jill Stuart or Nanette Lapore.

Binside TV selected Greek Actress/Model/Musician Amber Stevens as the Best Dressed on the red carpet at the Teen Vogue event. Amber Stevens was beautiful wearing a Marciano dress. Supermodel turned fashion designer Erin Wasson was the worst dressed. Sheer peekabo lace can be sexy but seeing undies on the red carpet is a fashion don't. Erin is a beautful woman who is steaming up the screen with Justin Timberlake in his new William Rast ads. Binside TV would like to see Erin Wasson unleash her inner Glam Goddess.

STAND UP TO CANCER LIVE PERFORMANCE AT FASHION ROCKS VIDEO

Fashion Rocks was last night in NYC. Pop divas Beyonce, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Ciara, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus took to the stage to stand up for a worthy cause. Watch their live Stand Up For Cancer performance.

Three TV networks, cancer research advocates and more than 60 celebrities from music, sports, TV and film made history Friday night with a live telethon that aired simultaneously on NBC, ABC and CBS. Jack Black, Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry and Keanu Reeves — along with presidential nominees John McCain and Barack Obama — were among the stars participating in "Stand Up to Cancer," an hourlong, commercial-free fundraising show spearheaded by entertainment-industry heavyweights whose lives have been touched by the disease. "This is an absolutely historic night, thanks to the unbelievable generosity of the three networks," producer and cancer survivor Laura Ziskin told the audience at the Kodak Theatre before the show began. "We hope we're going to make you laugh, and I know we're going to make you cry, so I have some party favors," she said as she tossed packets of Kleenex into the crowd. Cancer survivors Lance Armstrong and Elizabeth Edwards kicked off the program with statistics: Cancer kills 550,000 Americans and six million people worldwide each year. "That's the equivalent of 9/11 every two days," Armstrong said. Patrick Swayze, Billy Crystal, Salma Hayek and Christina Applegate urged viewers to call in and donate, while Neil Patrick Harris, America Ferrera, Christina Ricci and Kirsten Dunst answered phones. A visibly pregnant Jennifer Garner, along with Berry, Forest Whitaker and Casey Affleck, read personal accounts from those battling cancer. Network news anchors Katie Couric, Charles Gibson and Brian Williams emceed the program, discussing advances in research and telling heartwrenching tales of those struggling with the disease. Black provided a dose of comic relief: "I usually watch these things at home in my underwear," he said, adding that the celebrities answering phones may have some of the fattest pockets around. "I'm going to make these gravy-trainers pony up," he said. "Who's got Spielberg's number? He's got a lot of dough." source

BLACK AUGUST HIP HOP PROJECT ON AUGUST 31ST Q-TIP, BILAL & EPMD

We just wanted to let everyone in NYC know that the Black August Hip Hop project benefit is on August 31st. We attended the concert last year with Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Dead Prez and special guest Common. The event had great  hip-hop performances and a lively crowd who came together to hear some  amazing music for a cause.  Okayplayer is involved with the event so it's possible that Talib, Mos Def or Common may make surprise guest appearances. MGM GRAND OPENING NIGHT GALA AT FOXWOODS PHOTOS

The MGM Grand Casino Opened at Foxwoods with a star studded Gala. Some of the celebrities in attendance were Nick Cannon, Alicia Keys, Diddy and John Mayer.

MGM Grand officially arrived at Foxwoods in Mashantucket on Saturday and brought with it a train of stars. Alicia Keys, Josh Groban, John Mayer, Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jenny McCarthy, Sean "Diddy" Combs and others helped celebrate the official opening of the $700 million new casino at Foxwoods. The gala included an exclusive cocktail party followed by a red carpet entrance to the christening concert at the 4,000-seat MGM Grand Theater featuring Keys, Mayer, and Groban. Then it was on to an ultra-exclusive late-night party hosted by Combs and another at the Asian-themed restaurant and lounge, Shrine, with DJ AM, former fiance of Nicole Richie. "If you put me in a box and dropped me off here I would know I am in Connecticut," said Mayer, a Bridgeport native. "There is something about Connecticut, a patina." Dressed in jeans and a leather jacket and sporting a new haircut, Mayer joked: "I thought I'd be older before I started playing casinos but this is great. Connecticut is still home." source

Denzel Washington's "The Great Debaters" won the award for outstanding motion picture.

The film earned four awards. Denzel Washington who starred and directed the film was awarded " Best Actor" . Jurnee Smollett was named "Best Actress" and newcomer Denzel Whitaker won "Best Supporting Actor".Tyler Perry's ensemble film "Why Did I Get Married" earned Janet Jackson an award for "Outstanding Supporting Actress".  TBS series "House of Payne" won outstanding comedy series. "Payne's" LaVan Davis was honored as outstanding actor in a comedy series, while Lance Gross was crowned outstanding supporting actor for his portrayal of the spoiled son of Curtis and Ella Payne. Other winners dominating the television category included HBO's "Life Support" and ABC's "Ugly Betty" and "Grey's Anatomy." Click here to learn more about the winners.

Madonna and Gucci Host "A Night to Benefit Raising Malawi and UNICEF"

Madonna hosted a high powered Gucci Benefit celebration last night at the United Nations.

Alicia Keys, Rihanna, P Diddy,Pharrell Williams, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou, Cassie, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Ashton Kutcher Demi Moore,Timbaland, Zoe Kravitz, Ben Foster,Nelly Furtado,Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Gwyneth Paltrow, Russell Simmons were just some of the A list who attended the Madonna and Gucci: A NIGHT TO BENEFIT RAISING MALAWI AND UNICEF. The event celebrated the opening of Gucci’s New York 5th Avenue Flagship store.  Co-chaired by Gucci’s Creative Director, Frida Giannini, the evening was dedicated to raising funds and awareness for orphans and children made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

Joining Madonna and Frida Giannini was a list of distinguished co-chairs, including Drew Barrymore, Adrien Brody, Arpad Busson, Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Gwyneth Paltrow, Matthew Broderick, Professor Jeffrey Sachs, Sting, as well as UNICEF Ambassadors Téa Leoni, Lucy Liu, Sarah Jessica Parker and Trudie Styler.

The evening’s program will include guest speaker Professor Jeffrey Sachs, a live auction hosted by Chris Rock and special musical performances by Alicia Keys, Timbaland and Rihanna.
