DMX ARRESTED AGAIN BUSTED THE THIRD TIME THIS WEEK FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Rapper DMX was arrested again! The rapper has been arrested three times in one week.  DMX must love prison food. The rapper was just busted last week for buying crack rocks from an undercover police officer in Miami.

DMX was arrested in Arizona this morning, as he exited a flight from Fort Lauderdale. The rapper currently has two outstanding warrants in Phoenix. Three-peat!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio -- aka America's Toughest Sheriff -- tells TMZ that DMX "never learns his lesson" and hopes to get the rapper into a pair of pink underwear in his Tent City jail. Lovely thought.

X was busted June 27 after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover officer. He was also busted on June 23, May 9 and May 7. source

DMX has been arrested at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on outstanding warrants.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Department spokesman Aaron Douglas says the rapper, 37, was taken into custody Wednesday morning after arriving from Florida.

DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) is being held on a $1,075 bond for driving with a suspended license and a $10,000 bond stemming from previous drug charges.

Douglas says DMX had failed to appear in court and warrants were issued. He is expected to appear before a judge late Wednesday.

His lawyer in Phoenix, Cameron Morgan, declined TO comment.

The musician/actor has had a recent string of run-ins with the law. He was arrested Friday in Miami on charges of attempting to purchase cocaine and attempting to purchase marijuana.

DMX recorded the 1999 hit single "Party Up (Up in Here)." His last album, "Year of the Dog ... Again," was released last year. source

DMX ARRESTED TWICE THIS WEEK BUSTED AGAIN FOR BUYING COCAINE AND MARIJUANA

Rapper DMX must like living inside of a jail cell because the rapper was arrested twice this week. He was arrested on friday for trying to buy cocaine and marijuana from an undercover police officer. DMX is in the dog pound again. He was arrested twice in one week last month for speeding and animal cruelty.

DMX can run, but he can't hide from trouble. Especially if he walks right up to it and demands it kick his butt. The rapper, who's currently facing animal-cruelty charges in Arizona, was arrested Friday afternoon in Miami after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover cop.

According to the police report obtained by the Miami Herald, DMX approached the officer and asked for ''30 powder and 15 weed," aka $30 worth of cocaine and $15 of marijuana. The officer slapped the cuffs on the Cradle 2 the Grave star, whose real name is Earl Simmons, after he handed him $45.

Authorities said that they have not released the exact location where the bust took place because undercover officers are still operating in the area.

As of Friday evening, DMX was cooling his heels in Miami-Dade County jail.

And it turns out that this was his second bust of the week. Miami police also nabbed him Monday for driving with a suspended license. He was taken into custody at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and released a few hours later after posting $500 bail. source

DMX ARRESTED TWICE THIS WEEK ON DRUG CHARGES AND ANIMAL CRUELTY

It's been a long week for Rapper/actor DMX (born Earl Simmons, 37) who was arrested twice this week. 

DMX was arrested Friday on drug and animal cruelty charges after attempting to barricade himself inside of his Cave Creek, Arizona home.  Searches of his home authorities found weapons, drugs dog carcasses and abused pit bulls.  He faces seven misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and four felony drug possession charges.

He was also arrested on Tuesday after speed-enforcement cameras captured him driving as fast as 114 mph on a Phoenix freeway in his bright yellow 1966 Chevy Nova II.  He was really pushing it to the limit!

What might have given away his identity may have been the large "DMX" decal on the windshield.  Traffic cameras along the freeway captured him speeding three times back on Jan. 21 at 100, 101, and 114 mph where the speed limit on the stretch of road is 65 mph.

It sure took a while before the authorities caught up with DMX and the folks over in Phoenix are letting it be known that they're not picking on "DMX" because he's a celebrity.  Roger Vanderpool, director of the Arizona Department of Public Safety said in a statement, "Mr. Simmons wasn't singled out because of his notoriety; we have made several arrests in the last few months of those people who flagrantly violate the speed limit and therefore endanger the lives of everyone else on the road."

He was taken into custody Tuesday at his north Phoenix home.  The rapper was booked on charges of criminal speeding, public endangerment, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.  He later posted bond and was released. (source)
