Singer, Christina Aguilera, was so excited over the birth of her son Max Liron Brateman that she sent a special message to her fans on her website.

Dear fans,

Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.

In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song "Save Me From Myself" off my Back to Basics album. This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!

Just a little something to say "thank you" for your undying love and support. It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!

Christina and her husband Jordan Bratman held the Jewish naming and circumcision ceremony on Sunday (20Jan08) to formalise the baby's middle name, which means 'my song' or 'my joy' in Hebrew. The bris usually takes place on the eighth day after the birth of the child and is attended by family and friends, who then join the couple for a celebratory meal. Aguilera was raised as a Catholic, but has been learning about Judaism since her 2005 marriage to music executive Bratman. (source)

CHRISTINA AGUILERA & JORDAN BRATMAN HAVE A BOY

Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman welcomed a baby boy on Saturday at 10:05 p.m., PEOPLE has confirmed exclusively.

This is the first child for the 27-year-old singer and her music executive husband.

"Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy!" a rep for the couple tells PEOPLE. "Mom is resting and doing well!"

Despite various media reports that Aguilera had her baby on Friday, Max – 6 lbs., 2 oz. and 20.5 inches – arrived late on Saturday night in L.A. 

Although Aguilera didn't announce gender of her baby while she was pregnant, she celebrated the bundle of joy's pending arrival with a blue-themed baby shower in November. [SOURCE]

The couple announced the birth in a quick text message to friends and family around 4 p.m.: "Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doing well!" (Apparently not even the prospect of dirrty diapers can dampen their spirits.)

There were no further details immediately available. "As soon as I have more information I will let you know," the singer's rep said.

Life & Style magazine reports that Christina Aguilera’s baby has been born.

The magazine talked to Jim H. Fogel, a friend of Aguilera’s father-in-law. “He’s so thrilled to be a grandfather again,” Fogel said.

This is the first baby for Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman. The magazine did not report the gender of the baby. [SOURCE]

Congratulations!  Remember when Christina Aguilera was "DIRRTY" back in the day?  Regardless of the child's gender Xtina really won't have any excuses for going through this phase. Maybe she can say it was lamaze class. That's one way to explain the hip thrusts, heavy breathing and leather chaps.

NICOLE RICHIE AND JOEL MADDEN HAVE A BABY GIRL HARLOW WINTER KATE MADDEN (PHOTOS)

Nicole Richie and her rockstar boyfriend Joel Madden welcomed a baby girl on Friday.  Nicole Richie, daughter of Lionel Richie gave birth to Harlow Winter Kate Madden.  The baby was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz.

"The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents," says the rep, who confirmed the birth to PEOPLE exclusively.  Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, 28, he told PEOPLE in November he was looking forward to being a dad. "Having a baby is the most exciting thing that's ever happened to me, and to us," he said. The couple have yet to set a wedding date, but in September Madden said "marriage is in our future" – he just wasn't sure when. "Right now our priority is our family and is the baby," he said. "That's all we've been thinking about. We are in love and are really happy." [SOURCE]

MONICA GIVES BIRTH TO A BABY BOY WORKING ON NEW ALBUM

R&B singer Monica gave birth to a baby boy. Monica and her producer boyfriend Rodney 'Rock' Hill, Jr also  a two-year-old son, Rodney Ramone Hill. Monica gave birth to Romello Montez Hill on Tuesday at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. The baby weighed in at five pounds and six ounces  and both mother and baby are doing fine, according to Monica's manager/cousin Melinda Dancil. Her latest release is Makings of Me and she's been in the studio working on her new album. Congratulations!
