Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse has left holidaymakers in the Caribbean fuming by stripping off in open at a hotel beach where she is staying.
The singer returned to St. Lucia April 3, just 33 days after leaving the island following an extended sunshine break.
And she has now angered locals and tourists by flashing flesh at the Cotton Bay Village Hotel, after being reportedly told she couldn't sunbathe topless on the beach, reports contactmusic.com.
"Everyone was shocked. One minute Amy was relaxing with friends on the beach and the next she was running around half-naked," said a source.
"She seems to like lounging around topless and might have had enough of being told what to do. She was talking to herself as she ran and flailing her arms around but we couldn't tell what she was saying - it didn't make a bit of sense," the source added. [source]
AMY WINEHOUSE return to the UK got off to a shaky start after she got into a fight on her flight home from St Lucia yesterday (March 1). The singer allegedly lashed out at a fellow passenger after he gave her strange looks. Upon her arrival, she was whisked away to be shown her new north London house, which has been chosen by mum Janis to try and keep her on the straight and narrow. show Tuesday as she pleaded innocent to assaulting a fan at a party
last year.
The 25-year-old star known for battles with addiction
and frequent run-ins with the law stepped out of a car wearing a
low-cut floral mini-dress and her trademark beehive hairdo. Paparazzi
flashed away at their first sighting of the diva since she returned
from an extended break on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.
Winehouse,
who has been in and out of rehab, looked healthier than in recent
appearances and appeared to be in good spirits. She covered her bosom
in faux modesty as she entered the courtroom.
Once inside the
City of Westminster Magistrates' Court, she confirmed her name and date
of birth and pleaded not guilty to a charge of common assault.
Winehouse gave her name as Amy Jade Civil. Her husband of two years, Blake Fielder-Civil, has filed for divorce.
Her
lawyer, Mark Haslam, apologized for what he called the singer's
slightly late arrival in court, saying she had left her north London
home more than two hours earlier but had been delayed.
Judge
Timothy Workman ordered Winehouse to attend a new hearing at the same
court on July 23. She was released on unconditional bail.
Winehouse's
drug problems have been front page news in Britain, where she was
pictured puffing on what appeared to be a crack pipe last year. She was
fined for illegally possessing marijuana in Norway in 2007, and also
got a police warning in April of last year after scuffling with two men
during a night out on the town in Camden, a north London neighborhood

Fielder Civil told a tabloid of the extent of his drug-taking with award-winning singer Miss Winehouse, how he introduced his wife to hard drugs, and his fear as she collapsed with a seizure after an all-day binge.
The music video assistant, broke down as he told of how Amy asked him to let her try crack cocaine as she watched him taking it.

Blake, 26, described himself as a “recreational drug user” until he started taking heroin at the age of 22.
“I was old enough to know better. Heroin and crack took hold of me and f***** me up,” he said. “It made me not look out for the woman that I love more than anyone else in the world.” Blake confessed: “The first time Amy took crack she asked me, ‘Can I try a bit of that’.
“Crack is the nastiest drug. It makes you paranoid, unreasonable, edgy and totally suspicious of everyone.
"And you can get hooked on it straight away. But I was weak and an addict and I let Amy take some.
“I didn’t stop it from happening. For that I take full responsibility. It became something we did as well as heroin.
“And then our lives fell apart.”
They hit rock bottom in the summer of 2007, when Amy almost died in front of him. source

Winehouse was hidden by a red blanket and transported to a waiting ambulance by wheelchair as police arrived at the scene. The troubled singer's father Mitch tried to block the view of waiting paparazzi with a sheet - and was heard shouting, "She's f**ked up, she's f**ked up", reports British newspaper The Sun. The 24-year-old's spokesman Chris Goodman claimed the star was taken ill after suffering "a reaction to medication" after being diagnosed with traces of deadly lung disease emphysema in June (08). He says, "She was taking a new (medication) as part of her anti-drug treatment program. And it was an adverse reaction to that new drug. You have to try different things but unfortunately this was not the right one." She was discharged from London's University College Hospital on Tuesday (29Jul08) morning. Winehouse sparked fresh fears for her health this weekend (26-27Jul08) when she was snapped crying and lashing out at her bodyguard in the early hours of Sunday (27Jul08) morning before throwing herself on the floor. She was then pictured punching a metal fence in frustration after her minder attempted to pick her up from the ground. source

Amy Winehouse was released from a London hospital early this morning, a day after being admitted for an adverse reaction to medication.
Her rep, Chris Goodman, said the Grammy winner was in good spirits after having what appeared to be a seizure yesterday at her north London residence.
The 24-year-old chanteuse was moved via wheelchair to a waiting ambulance for transport to the emergency room at University College Hospital. After being checked out and given the all-clear by doctors, she was discharged.
"She had a bit of a scare yesterday because of a reaction to treatment. She was kept in overnight purely for observation," her spokesman said in a statement. "Amy is at home now after leaving with her father and manager. She is having a rest."
Goodman said Winehouse's reaction was caused by medication prescribed to help her kick her drug habit. source

Amy's parents should be standing outside of a hospital ward and helping their crack addicted real daughter get treatment for her addictions instead of standing in the limelight trying to get attention for Amy's musical talents. And Amy, 24, insists she'll remain faithful to Blake, 26, until he's freed.
"We are absolutely obsessed with each other," she tells OK! magazine. "We both pinch ourselves daily. source

Winehouse is rarely alone. Her home is on
a hushed cobblestone lane off the main drag of raucous Camden, but
throughout the night, musicians, dealers, masseuses, friends and
fans come and go freely.
Outside, a nearly ever-present herd of paparazzi — mostly
men, mostly in their early 30s — stand around, smoking
cigarettes and cracking jokes that revolve around the length of
their zoom lenses. Winehouse is their meal ticket, and a fun one.
The paps jokingly refer to her as "the pied piper of Camden" for
her powers of enchantment. Winehouse treats them like animals in
her care — she makes them tea and, on several occasions,
smacks them if they get too close to her. And for all that, they
love her, speak of her talent and way of life with reverence.
"She's on loads of crack, but you can see through that," says
Simon Gross, a freelance photographer. "I just want for her to get
better. I'm hoping someday for that set of pictures of her riding
