DJ Wendy Williams and her husband are being accused in a complaint filed by Wendy William's WBLS Talent Booker Nicole Spence who works on the Wendy WIlliams Experience. Nicole claims she started working as an intern and was promoted to the position of Talent Book/Publicist at WBLS. She says she was repeatedly sexually harassed by Wendy Williams' husband Kevin though Williams told the New York Post
yesterday, "Her allegations are totally false. This bitch is out of her
mind." Nicole was recently featured in the Essence reality show 30 Dates in 30 Days. Click here to watch episodes of the VH1 Wendy Williams Experience show. In the clip below Nicole Spence can be seen walking with comedian Tracey Morgan and in the studio.

Nicole Spence alleges the following in her complaint.
Throughout my employment, Kevin Hunter, Ms. Williams' husband and manager, subjected me to severe and pervasive sexual harassment. Recently his sexual propositions escalated into the obsessive and during the work day he constantly told me of his desire to "fuck" me and that he had been dreaming about sleeping with me. He repeatedly degraded me and other women in the workplace, openly referring to us as "bitches." Ms. Williams, for her part aided and abetted the harassment and abuse that I and other female employees were subjected to by her husband, Mr. Hunter, and even offered to take me shopping so I could dress "like a sexy little bitch" as Mr. Hunter demanded. In fact, Ms. Williams' lack of respect for proper workplace conduct is demonstrated by her own conduct in forcing a subordinate to have sex with her to keep his job.
TMZ spoke to Spence's lawyer, Kate Webber, who says that she intends to file a lawsuit in court, after the EEOC reviews the case. Spence is still employed at WBLS. The station didn't respond to a request for comment. TMZ has posted the complaint documents filed with the EEOC. Click here to view the documents.
The younger hubby of radio shock jock Wendy Williams repeatedly tried to force her female booker to sleep with him - and beat up his tough-talking wife at her own station, an explosive complaint charges.
Nicole Spence, who works as the red-hot radio queen's talent booker at WBLS 107.5-FM, filed the papers with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission yesterday.
Spence, 27, claims in the complaint that her boss' husband, Kevin Hunter, 33, demanded sex from her more than a dozen times and created a hostile work environment by repeatedly beating up Williams, 43, in and near the studio.
"Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to 'f- - -' me," Spence charges. Through her lawyer, Ken Thompson, Spence yesterday declined to comment. Both Williams and Hunter deny the allegations.
"I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio," Spence says in the complaint.
"In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head." Asked about Spence's complaint, Williams yesterday told The Post, "Her allegations are totally false. This bitch is out of her mind." The allegations are "so far from the truth. It's insane," Hunter said. source
