According to OK! Magazine Britney Spears has ended her custody battle against her ex-husband K-Fed. Click on the image to watch Kevin Federline's attorney discuss the settlement of the Britney K-Fed custody case.
In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today.
Kaplan tells OK!,
"At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney
Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the
following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean
Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation
rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to
the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner."
Kaplan adds, "Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving." source

Britney Spears was involved in a minor car accident Tuesday afternoon on Sunset Boulevard.
The singer was driving her white Mercedes SL on the strip just after 2 PM local time when she rear-ended a red Ford Explorer, X17 Online reported.
According to X17 Online, neither party was hurt in the crash.
Britney reportedly suffered some damage to the front of her luxury vehicle.
The
pop star stayed in the car following the incident, while her bodyguard,
who had been riding in the car’s passenger seat, appeared to exchange
information with the other driver, the Web site reported.

We don't know if this rumor is true. Star Magazine is confirming a pregnancy and pointing out a baby bump. Their cover story is about Britney Spears being knocked up with Adnan's baby. If this is true, then it's definitely not a good look for someone who just got out of the mental hospital and just barely had visitation with her first batch of kids after two months. Here's what Star magazine claims:

Today Britney Spears was driven to a mental hospital for psychiatric evaluation and put on a 72 Hour hold. Dr. Phil spoke to Matt Lauer yesterday about Britney's dire need for serious psychiatric treatment. He does not apologize for visiting the singer less than a month ago at Cedars Sinai Hospital.
TMZ reports that Britney Spears has chosen friend/manager Sam Lutfi over her parents to make her medical decisions.
We're
told her dad had gone ballistic back then, screaming and swearing at
Lutfi -- even pushing him -- in front of Britney. As to what paperwork
was signed, the cleanest thing would be if Britney signed a durable
power of attorney, giving someone power to make medical decisions on
her behalf in an emergency. We are told no such document was signed,
but somehow Britney made it clear she wanted Lutfi to make those
decisions.
Everybody is talking about the Britney Spears drama that just exploded yesterday with her parent's intervention. X17 reports Britney Spears listened to Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black" album. Then she invited paparazzi to hang out at her house without cameras. They claim her friend/manager Sam Lutfi showed them a restraining order Britney was against Adnan Ghalib. The LAPD tells Pagesix.com that they have no record of a restraining order. And TMZ says Adnan Ghalib contacted them and said he had no knowledge of a restraining order. When TMZ asked him if he and Britney were still together he said "Everything is and was fine," but he's been out of town, and she's "been in the care of Sam."(source)

Britney's behavior appears to be getting more erratic since her release from the mental hospital. She left the country and flew to Mexico with her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. There were rumors of a suicide note and her recent shopping trip at a Rite Aid for pregnancy test that sparked rumors she was pregnant. The day before Britney Spears skipped her child custody hearing in LA to pay a visit with her shutterbug boyfriend Adnan Ghalib to the Little Brown Church , she was getting naked at the Betsey Johnson store at Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks. Spears grabbed dresses from the racks and disappeared into a dressing room with Ghalib. Moments later, she came out completely naked. "I was blown away. Britney's private parts were right in front of me!" a store employee told Life & Style. "I grabbed a dress to cover her, and she screamed, 'Get away from me! Don't you [bleep]ing come near me!' . . . Then she disappeared in the dressing room with Adnan for 45 minutes. They were making weird noises. It was disgusting." When the lovebirds stumbled out, "I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting and talking with a British accent," says the employee. "Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone. Then she muttered, '[bleep] you!' and left the store." (source)
TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears may suffer from mulitple personality disorder. Us Magazine reports that the AP has already prepared Britney's obituary within the past month.
"We are not wishing it, but if Britney passed away, it’s easily one
of the biggest stories in a long time," AP entertainment editor Jesse
Washington tells Us.
"I think one would agree that Britney seems at risk right now,"
Washington adds. "Of course, we would never wish any type of misfortune
on anybody and hope that we would never have to use it until 50 years
from now…but if something were to happen, we would have to be prepared." Following a bizarre night out Wednesday, Spears’ pal Sam Lutfi phoned into Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, claiming, “everything’s fine.”(source)

hoodie. TMZ is told she didn't buy anything for her kids or anyone else
-- everything was for her, even the shirts at Kitson Men.

Dr. Phil has now made an official statement during the taping of his show saying he regrets his visit to Britney Spears while she was in the psychiatric hospital.
"Was it helpful to the situation? Regrettably, no. It was not, and I have to acknowledge that and I do," he told his audience Thursday during taping of a Dr. Phil episode that will run Monday, according to USA Today.
"I definitely think if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't make any statement at all. Period." (source)

The aunt of Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears is speaking out about her two nieces, voicing her fears and concerns for them. Chanda McGovern
says in a video interview that she's worried about Britney and
indicates that the 26-year-old mother-of-two is suicidal, saying, "I'm
afraid she's going to take her own life."
