R&B singer Brandy is making the rounds to promote her upcoming album Human.

During a stop at HOT 97 she confirmed the rumors were true that Kim Kardashian was a stone cold thief who stole over a $100,000 dollars from her mom's credit cards. Dang! Brandy says that she wishes to settle the matter without involving lawyers but this situation sounds like it won't resolve itself.

Kim K has a whole lot of junk in her trunk and it's not just a big booty. Brandy also talked about her brother Ray J's sextape with Kim Kardashian and her relationship with her baby daddy. Kim Kardashian celebrated the Stoli Elit One Year Anniversary of One Sunset with DWTS co-star Lance Bass over the weekend.

R&B singer Brandy Norwood's mother filed a lawsuit Monday against Kim Kardashian accusing her of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission.

The suit, which also names Kardashian's siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr., alleges they ran up the charges on the mother's card in 2006 and 2007. It seeks the return of the money plus 10 percent interest.

In a statement, the Kardashians denied the allegations.

"The charges against the Kardashians are meritless," the statement said. "Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorization. The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law."

In the lawsuit, Norwood's mother, Sonja Norwood, who is also her manager, alleges Kim Kardashian had only been authorized in 2004 to make one purchase on the Norwood American Express card in Kim's then-capacity as a stylist for Brandy (Brandy's brother, Ray J, also appeared in the infamous sex tape with Kim).

But later, Kardashian, now starring in the E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, made unauthorized purchases and passed on Norwood's card number to her siblings, who also then made unauthorized purchases, including for items in two Kardashian family-owned clothing stores, Dash and Smooch, for a total of $120,636. source

Why are the Norwoods acting like this. Brandy killed someone. Granted it was an accident, but still. Would they still feel that way if Brandy were getting sued for wrongful death?
