Another video recorded on a cellphone shows a two year old boy smoking marijuana. WTF? This is disgusting.  Remember the leaked video of an 18 month old girl from Ohio who was forced to smoke pot? This is a horrible trend. They need to put these mothers and their boyfriends under the jail.

This is just sick!! She should not be a mother. But another issure with this clip is the mother that commented on the issue. She has a lot to say while her two obese children are sitting there eating ice cream. Food is a drug too...so she is doing the same thing.
