WNBC news anchor Sue Simmons says she’s “truly sorry” for blurting out “What the f*ck are you doing?” live on air.
The TV veteran made the gaffe when the wrong footage was aired as she did a teaser for the 11 p.m. newscast on Monday.
The screen went momentarily blank following the hitch.
Later, during the newscast, Simmons apologized for using “a word that many people find offensive. It was a mistake I made and I’m truly sorry.” source
